promptos-init — sets up a Prompt Engineering Operating System for scalable prompt development

SYNOPSIS


    promptos-init [--onedrive] [--rubric] [--harness] [--portfolio]

DESCRIPTION

This initialization module builds a fully structured prompt engineering environment, versioned and audit-capable. It includes:

/00-specs: Your use case spec vault (objectives, constraints, outcomes)
/01-prompts: All prompt versions live here (tagged, immutable)
/02-tests: A test harness (Excel-compatible, rubric-ready)
/03-results: Stores actual runs, outputs, before/after deltas
/04-portfolio: Final exportables, defensible for clients or regulators

EXAMPLE

$ promptos-init --onedrive --rubric --harness
→ Creates a full RTAPULSE prompt lab, synced to OneDrive
→ Preloads rubric scoring across Accuracy, Completeness, Structure, Actionability, Safety, Tone
→ Pre-seeds AI Risk, Copilot Audit, and AgriOps test cases
→ Outputs Excel test harness with conditional formatting + scoring dashboard
