Inputs: none (local host). Outputs: console + network_connections.csv. Run: python netmon.py (snapshot: python netmon.py --once). Known limitations: some details require admin/root; hostname resolution may be slow/noisy. Safety: authorized systems only; use --once/--interval for controlled evidence runs.
